Space for therapy
Many people find that wearing a leg brace is too restrictive for their freedom of movement.

To address this, our orthopedic shoes are designed to ensure optimal fit of the foot, orthosis and therapeutic shoe.

The sturdy heel and soft collar ensure good support and a secure position.

However, a perfect fit is not the only thing that matters when it comes to our shoes.

To facilitate daily use, it is also essential that our orthopedic shoes are easy to put on and take off.

That's why many of our models have a pull-on loop that makes this easier. But that's not all: The special "Derby" construction allows the shoe to be opened very wide.

However, when designing our orthopedic shoes, we do not limit ourselves to medical issues: fashion considerations also play an important role.

This is why the design of our therapeutic shoes is very similar to that of normal shoes.

To do this, we keep up to date with the latest fashions, the most popular cuts and colours and integrate them into our therapeutic shoes so that people feel good in them.

If additional adjustments are required for orthopedic purposes, our orthopedic shoe technicians can perform these on an individual basis.

Specific orthopedic adaptations and adjustments can be added to all of our orthopedic shoes, ensuring that each foot receives optimal care.

Our orthopedic shoes:

a combination of proven medical functionality and fresh appearance
Properly fitting shoes are an important complement to an individually made orthosis.

Shoes worn by people with orthotics must not only meet certain essential requirements, but also facilitate walking and running.

This is why we stay in close contact with our customers with the aim of making continuous improvements and refinements:

New TN12 Orthotic Shoe Width
Orthopedic shoes for joint orthoses
Soft sole

Due to the quality of their material and shape, conventionally manufactured shoes do not meet the requirements of orthotics.

This is why we recommend our therapeutic shoes.

For large size orthotics, we have developed, in collaboration with craftsmen, the TN12 width for our orthopedic shoes.

All TN12 width shoes come with two soles with a Shore A hardness of approximately 40°/50°.

This allows the volume to be adjusted by removing one or both insoles.

In this way, the external appearance is not affected.

In the case of unilateral treatment, the unaffected foot can be fitted with a different width and size.

This is also the case for all other TN widths in the orthopedic shoe sector.

Increasingly thin and flexible materials are used in orthopedic craftsmanship and its treatments.

That's why we've introduced an even softer version of the sole for our orthopedic and support shoes.

All shoes designated as "flexible" in the tables are extremely elastic.

This has no negative impact on the therapeutic benefits of the orthosis.

People with joint orthoses need a shoe with a specially shaped heel.

Although the shoe has a larger backfoot and heel area, it should still fit snugly.

This is the only way to ensure that it holds the foot well and guarantees correct movement of the foot when walking.

Our orthopedic shoes, marked with this symbol, have been specially designed to meet these requirements.
