Thermo-Cast 4 resting hand orthosis-splint made of thermoplastic with absorbent sponge inner lining to prevent perspiration and increase comfort.

Made of thermoplastic with absorbent sponge inner lining to prevent sweating and increase comfort, it allows molding using a hot air gun. It includes wrist and forearm fastening straps with safety bar and velvet thumb. Velvet metacarpophalangeal flexion control and fastening strap.

Its function is to limit the mobility of the wrist, hand and fingers, as much as possible, by keeping them in slight flexion of 10° and in abduction of the thumb.

Neurological lesions of central or peripheral origin (spastic and flaccid paralysis); as a treatment for the prevention of deformities of rheumatic origin as well as pain relief and reduction of inflammation. Carpal tunnel syndrome. Given its characteristics, it allows adjustments and adaptations.
