Breathable elastic knee brace made of a material containing up to 140 filaments, which produces active compression in 3 dimensions, with open patella and distal and proximal ends designed to relieve pressure while avoiding excessive compression.

With thinner silicone pad on the distal part to release the patellar tendon and articulated metal lateral reinforcements on both sides to control medio-lateral instabilities.

Support, compression and adjustment. With the movement of the knee, the silicone pad produces an intermittent micro-massage that promotes the resorption of edemas and hematomas.
