Articulated elbow splint. Allows flexion-extension control or immobilization of the elbow. Full opening and adjustments.
Elbow dislocation is the most common of the large joints (after the shoulder). It is the most common injury in children. Dislocation occurs when the forearm bones move out of position relative to the upper arm bone. 80% of dislocations are posterolateral. A fall with the arm fully extended, a car accident, or contact sports are all causes of elbow dislocation. External forces impact the joint and the injury usually involves a torn ligament (MCL, LCL).
The first symptoms of a dislocation are a painful, swollen elbow and limited mobility. Very often, the vessels and nerves that pass through the elbow are damaged. That is why it is essential for the doctor to make a quick diagnosis and treatment. Your elbow can be treated with conservative methods or with surgery. In both cases, immobilization of the elbow with 90-degree flexion will be necessary. Instead of using a cast, or after a short period of immobilization, your doctor may recommend a professional elbow brace with adjustable range of motion.
The elbow brace is a professional medical device of class I. The brace allows full adjustment of the range of motion every 15 degrees for comfortable and safe stabilization. You can immobilize your limb in the required position (e.g. 90 degree flexion) or, if necessary, the brace allows full range of motion. The lateral splints allow lateral stabilization and correct alignment of the joint.
Our elbow brace is made of innovative UniPren™ fabric and two side splints with drop-lock.
UniPren™ is a universal 3-layer fabric consisting of an external elastic layer of self-gripping polyamide and an internal neoprene foam with an elastic jersey. Our fabric is soft and elastic and is not knitted, which prevents skin-to-skin abrasions in the compression zones. The self-gripping function of UniPren™ allows the orthosis to be adjusted precisely.
The hook and loop fabric allows for a one-size-fits-all product and a perfect fit.
The side splints are made of plastic and are extremely lightweight and comfortable. The splints allow for smooth adjustment of range of motion every 15 degrees.
Both UniPren™ and the splints are waterproof. You do not need to remove the brace to shower or bathe. Our elbow brace provides 24-hour stabilization. This is a guarantee of safety and comfort.
Elbow sprains, strains and dislocations,
- Elbow fractures,
- Chronic elbow injuries,
- Cubital tunnel syndrome / ulnar nerve entrapment / elbow neuropathy,
- Hyperextension of the elbow,
- Post-operative treatment,
- Tendon and ligament injuries and repairs,

The splints can be of two different lengths. To choose the right one, consult our table below.
1R splints - Single-axis orthopedic splints used in all orthoses of the knee joint and upper limbs, where, in addition to adjusting the angle of flexion and extension, high lateral stabilization of the joint is not necessary, but is important if the weight of the orthosis is low. Due to their low weight, the splints are successfully used in all children's orthoses. They are made of high-quality polyamide with carbon fibers, which makes the splints light and neutral to the influence of sweat and salt, well firm, thus ensuring correct operation of the device. The adjustment of the angle of flexion and extension is carried out using a special Allen screw every 15o . Each orthosis is equipped with an Allen key, necessary for adjustment. The standard length of the splints is 280 and 380 mm. The splint and its design are patented in the European Union.
